Making a Positive Impact
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
In addition to being a personal trainer, as a current High School basketball coach, and P.E. Teacher, I see great value in students feeling appropriately challenged to pursue a specific measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely goal that they set for themselves. Your young one will feel energized, encouraged, and most importantly positive during and after being a Family Fitness member.

Between schoolwork, friends and even part-time jobs, it can be hard to stay active as a (pre)/teenager. However, it’s important for teens to schedule time for exercising into their busy calendars due to the number of benefits. Exercising a few hours a week can help teens maintain a healthy weight, develop strong muscles and bones, reduce stress and increase self-confidence. My workouts for your teen will be a fun way to change up their routine, get social and meet new friends!

Hear What Others Have to Say
My friend and I have been working with Sean for about 18 months. He filled in for a previous trainer's absence and when she left for another opportunity, we asked if Sean could work with us in her place - a choice I have not regretted! One of Sean's favorite mantras is, "If you are ready, you don't have to get ready," and his workouts are composed of exercises that help to strengthen the body, improve balance and prepare to respond to whatever life throws your way. Since March, we have been working with him remotely through Zoom and during that time he has increased the number of exercises we do while decreasing our rest time. I am surprised at how strong I am feeling and at the power I feel I have to do more. All the while, Sean is encouraging and pushing you to be the best you can be. He is a powerful motivator and a great teacher who is concerned that his clients do things safely and at the level best for them. I am truly a believer in the power of "YET" and working with Sean reinforces that. Negativity is not tolerated in our sessions. It's not that I can't do certain moves or lift certain weights or spin at higher rpms. It's that I can't do that, yet.
About 18 months ago, Sean became Cindy and my personal trainer. We had had multiple trainers before that, but quickly realized that Sean had a different philosophy and attitude. Right from the beginning I could tell he was invested in us, not just as clients but as people. He wants to see us succeed and become a better image of ourselves. His main goal is for us to create a foundation for a healthier lifestyle and to give us the tools we might need to handle any future physical challenges. Sean motivates us to push past our perceived limits to get results. I have never felt stronger or healthier, I have more energy and my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. As Sean often tells us, “life happens, and you have to be ready to handle it”. This philosophy motivates me daily to continue on this journey.
I have know Sean my entire life, after all he is my big brother. From we were little, Sean has always been passionate about a few things; faith, family, health, and helping others.
I believe his passion in health and fitness took off after his professional basketball career overseas came to a halt when he sustained a torn Achilles while on holiday playing a pick up game with friends. Soon after he was given the clear by his doctor to resume work outs, he took his fitness to another level - researching how the muscles work, foods and water right for the body, and mental wellbeing.
Just to show you how resilient he is, Sean had a stroke in 2016, and within a month Sean was 85% back to a better version of his self - therapist were so amazed they asked him to join them during seminars to give his testimony. I need to recant, Sean’s true passion for health, fitness, and helping others truly came after his stroke. I have never seen anyone work so hard, prayed with such conviction, and endured thru adversity, as Sean have.
He has all the right tools to make all of us a better us. Hopefully, Sean will share his rehabilitation videos on this site, so you too can witness what I have firsthand.
