About Me
Making a Positive Impact
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
In addition to being a personal trainer, as a current High School basketball coach, and P.E. Teacher, I see great value in students feeling appropriately challenged to pursue a specific measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely goal that they set for themselves. Your young one will feel energized, encouraged, and most importantly positive during and after being a Family Fitness member.

My workouts for your teen will be a fun way to change up their routine, get social and meet new friends!

Hear What Others Have to Say
My friend and I have been working with Sean for about 18 months. He filled in for a previous trainer's absence and when she left for another opportunity, we asked if Sean could work with us in her place - a choice I have not regretted! One of Sean's favorite mantras is, "If you are ready, you don't have to get ready," and his workouts are composed of exercises that help to strengthen the body, improve balance and prepare to respond to whatever life throws your way. Since March, we have been working with him remotely through Zoom and during that time he has increased the number of exercises we do while decreasing our rest time. I am surprised at how strong I am feeling and at the power I feel I have to do more. All the while, Sean is encouraging and pushing you to be the best you can be. He is a powerful motivator and a great teacher who is concerned that his clients do things safely and at the level best for them. I am truly a believer in the power of "YET" and working with Sean reinforces that. Negativity is not tolerated in our sessions. It's not that I can't do certain moves or lift certain weights or spin at higher rpms. It's that I can't do that, yet.

About 18 months ago, Sean became Cindy and my personal trainer. We had had multiple trainers before that, but quickly realized that Sean had a different philosophy and attitude. Right from the beginning I could tell he was invested in us, not just as clients but as people. He wants to see us succeed and become a better image of ourselves. His main goal is for us to create a foundation for a healthier lifestyle and to give us the tools we might need to handle any future physical challenges. Sean motivates us to push past our perceived limits to get results. I have never felt stronger or healthier, I have more energy and my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. As Sean often tells us, “life happens, and you have to be ready to handle it”. This philosophy motivates me daily to continue on this journey.

I’ve known Sean my entire life—after all, he’s my big brother. From the time we were young, his passions have always been clear: faith, family, health, and helping others.
Sean's dedication to health and fitness truly took flight after his professional basketball career overseas was cut short by a torn Achilles, sustained while playing a pickup game with friends. Once he was cleared by doctors to resume physical activity, Sean didn't just return to fitness—he elevated it. He dove deep into researching muscle mechanics, optimal nutrition, hydration, and mental wellness.
What really stands out is Sean’s resilience. In 2016, he suffered a stroke, yet within a month, he was 85% recovered, emerging as an even better version of himself. His recovery was so remarkable that therapists invited him to speak at seminars to share his story. I realize now that his true passion for health, fitness, and helping others ignited after this life-changing event. I’ve never witnessed anyone work harder, pray more earnestly, or face adversity with the grace that Sean has.
Sean has all the tools to help us become our best selves. I hope he shares his rehabilitation videos on this platform so you can see firsthand the incredible journey I've been fortunate enough to witness.
